I am a licensed massage therapist practicing in the Des Moines metro area since 2002.  My goal is to help you feel better – whether you have muscle aches and pains, or are just stressed and need to relax.  When you are receiving a therapeutic massage, think of it as needed time for yourself.

 

I specialize in Swedish massage, trigger point and deep tissue techniques; along with some myofacial release and stretching techniques.  I am also trained in The Raindrop Technique.
